The role
You sit on Delivery. You read what a brand wants and you finish the stills and the video. Taste matters. So does being able to move.
Full-time and internship both work if the book is strong.
What you will do
- Make stills (social, banners, ads, brand assets) and short-to-mid video that match the brief
- Read briefs and mood boards. Ask the sharp questions early so we do not bounce the file around
- Use AI tools to go faster without dropping craft
- Edit in Premiere. Retouch and composite in Photoshop
- Write clear prompts for generative tools
- Work with BD and Growth so what we ship matches the campaign
- Name, version, and hand off files to platform specs
- Take notes quickly. Ship early. Do the next pass.
What we look for
Need to show
- Photoshop you actually use
- Working Premiere
- At least one AI image or video tool, and structured prompting
- Visual storytelling and brand consistency
- Comfort with tight turnaround and more than one job at once
- A book of stills and/or video
Nice to have
- Social formats and how each platform crops
- Work inside brand guidelines
