About Vinci

Vinci is a GenAI video platform and production service. Brands use us for brand films, product shoots, and UGC-style campaigns that need to move fast without looking generic.

We sit between AI, productivity tools, and visual storytelling. Right now we are in build mode: hard problems, quick decisions, work that shows up in the product immediately.

Interview process

Three rounds: technical deep dive; product thinking and system design; culture, ownership, and vision alignment.

We hire for technical strength plus founder instincts: business sense, product judgment, and the ability to move a roadmap in a lean team.

What this role is

Vinci Studios ships brand stills and video for clients who care how work looks, not how fast a generic edit drops. Delivery is the lane that turns a brief into finished assets.

Clients have been clear: they want filmmaker judgment inside that lane. Someone who thinks in shots and continuity, then actually finishes in Premiere and Photoshop. AI is part of the stack. Taste still decides what ships.

This role is that person.

What you will do

  • Read a brief and name the story, tone, and non-negotiables before you generate anything
  • Treat AI like a crew: generate, select, clean up. You own the final frame
  • Cut and finish video in Premiere. Retouch and layout stills in Photoshop
  • Decide what stays in the cut, in what order, and whether it reads without a voiceover explaining it
  • Take client notes and turn them into a concrete change list. Execute inside the window we promised
  • Hand off assets named, formatted, and versioned correctly

What we look for

Must show up in the reel or answers

  • Visual storytelling (brand or commercial work preferred)
  • Premiere + Photoshop you use for real work, not weekend demos
  • Comfort with current AI image/video tools
  • Speed without sloppy taste

Strong plus

  • AD, 2nd AD, or assistant director credits
  • Brand film / commercial experience
  • After Effects, color, working inside brand systems

Role overview

Creative, technically solid Content Creator on Delivery. Understand what a brand wants and deliver finished static and video assets with strong taste, AI-assisted workflows, and hands-on production skill.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality statics (social, banners, ads, brand assets) and short-to-mid video aligned to briefs
  • Read briefs and mood boards; ask sharp questions; minimize back-and-forth
  • Use AI tools to accelerate production without dropping craft
  • Edit in Premiere; retouch/composite in Photoshop
  • Write clear prompts for generative tools
  • Collaborate with BD / Growth so deliverables match campaign intent
  • Organize, version, and deliver assets to platform specs
  • Take feedback quickly; ship early, iterate often

Required

  • Photoshop proficiency
  • Working Premiere knowledge
  • Hands-on with at least one AI image/video tool + structured prompting
  • Visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Comfortable with tight turnaround and parallel work
  • Portfolio of static and/or video work

Role overview

Business Development Associate owning end-to-end sales: identify brands, first contact, show work, close projects, keep relationships warm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead gen via LinkedIn, X, GeM, and other channels (CMOs, Brand Leads, Marketing Managers)
  • High-volume personalized outreach
  • Own discovery → proposal → close
  • Pitch Vinci portfolio to specific brand pain
  • Mine tenders / RFPs where relevant
  • Relationship and upsell ownership
  • CRM hygiene (Close CRM)
  • Improve playbook and templates from live feedback

Required

  • B2B sales / BD experience (including strong internship experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Research before outreach

Role overview

Support BD by building lists, running mass outreach, warming leads, and handing off first meaningful engagement. Ideal for detail-oriented executors.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain decision-maker databases
  • Execute high-volume campaigns from templates
  • Cold call / text to warm leads
  • Find new list sources and communities
  • Secure first response; hand warm lead to BD
  • CRM logging accuracy
  • Volume / response reporting
  • Scheduling and follow-up support

Required
